| Gently twisted mint leaves blended with our Jade green tea. The soft vegetal base of this green tea allows the minty flavour to come out. This makes for a refreshing and healthy tea. To extract the best flavour from this tea, add add 2g of the tea to 100-150ml of water (pre-heated to about 90º C) and brew for about 2.5 minutes. This loose leaf tea can be re-brewed at least twice, making a total of about 50 cups. To prepare an iced tea, add 2g of tea and 2 sugar cubes to 200ml of cool water and keep the mixture in the refrigerator. Take it out after about 8 hours, filter the leaves and enjoy your perfectly "cold brewed" iced tea. Teas are a seasonal produce and thus flavours keep changing, and that’s good!
