How to make Haldi Doodh?

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder
  • 240 ml or 1 glass Milk
  • Honey to taste
  • A pinch of Black pepper powder

Recipe

  1. Take a saucepan and warm milk over low heat and stir in the turmeric powder.
  2. Bring to a boil and allow it to simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. This will reduce the milk and make it thicker then turn off the heat.
  4. Now add crushed black pepper.

Drink the milk warm.
