By placing an order on this website, you agree to the following terms.
1. Stock Availability
Products are subject to stock availability. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will ship the available items and contact you regarding a refund or waiting for restocking.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination. The price shown at checkout is the final shipping cost.
3. Returns
Change of Mind
- Returns must be requested within 2 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer.
- Refunds are issued as store credit.
- Original shipping costs are not refundable.
4. Delivery
- Domestic delivery: typically 2–7 days.
- International delivery: typically 4–22 days depending on courier.
- Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days.
- Warehouse operates Monday–Friday excluding public holidays.
- Delivery addresses can be changed before dispatch.
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses.
- If an item becomes out of stock after purchase, we will refund that item and ship the rest of the order.
5. Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email.
6. Damaged Parcels
If a parcel arrives damaged, please reject the delivery if possible and contact our support team. If the parcel was delivered without you present, contact us immediately.
7. Duties & Taxes
- Sales tax: included in product prices where applicable.
- International orders: import duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
- If duties are refused and the parcel is returned to us, the refund will exclude shipping and return costs.
8. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once dispatched, the return policy applies.
9. Lost or Damaged Shipments
Shipments are insured according to courier policies. Refunds or replacements will be processed once the courier confirms the claim.
