      • Date Delicacies

      1. Date banana smoothie

    What will you need:

  • 2 cups Tassyam Jordan/Fard Dates
  • 2 ripe bananas or 2 tbsp Tassyam Banana Powder
  • One cup milk/almond milk
  • 2 tsp Tassyam Chia Seeds (Soaked)
  • ½ tsp Tassyam Cinnamon (powdered)
  • ½ tsp Tassyam Cardamom (powdered)
  • A pinch of Tassyam Pink Himalayan Rock Salt

What to do:

  • Add all the ingredients in a blender and blend well.
  • Pour it in a tall glass and add 2-3 ice cubes if needed!
  • This smoothie is a quick fix for your morning energy pack or if you are on the go and want to fill your stomach with something that is yummy , healthy and fulfilling!

2. Dates Halwa

What will you need:

  • Tassyam Jordan/Fard Dates (350 grams)
  • Mawa/khoya or milk solids (200-250 grams)
  • 2-3 tsp ghee( clarified butter)
  • Tassyam assorted nuts (chopped)

What to do:

  • Finely chop and blend the dates in a blender. You may use milk to blend in the dates.
  • Now, heat the pan. Add ghee, mawa and dates. Mix it and cook it until its blended well.
  • You will notices that the mixture comes together and starts leaving the edges of the pan.
  • Remove it out on a tray and set it.
  • Add Tassyam’s assorted nuts.
  • Let it cool.
  • De mould it and cut into desired shapes or simply spoon it out in a bowl.
  • Your date halwa is ready to be indulged in!!

3. Nuts and Date Ladoos

What will you need:

  • 1 pack of Tassyam Jordan/Fard dates
  • Tassyam assorted berries and nuts of your choice

What to do:

  • Microwave the dates for 15 seconds. Mash with your fingers into a smooth paste.
  • Coarsely powder the nuts and add it into the date paste.
  • Mix well and you will notice that it has become doughy.
  • Shape it into even sized balls and you are good to go.
  • Nuts and Date ladoos are perfect when you crave for junk or sugary substitutes. Nuts and Dates are not only healthy but keep you full for a longer time.
