Indian kitchens are the storehouse of medicinal and beneficial ingredients and spices. We, at Tassyam, try to make the best use of all these spices and key ingredients in most of our products. One such creation is the Teawery Tulsi Ginger Lemon Haldi Green tea.

What is it made of?

The Teawery Tulsi Ginger Lemon Haldi Green tea is made using Darjeeling green tea infused with flavours of holy basil (tulsi), ginger, lemon and turmeric (haldi). Each of these ingredients is packed with good health benefits and beautiful aroma. Holy basil or tulsi is one of the most revered medicinal herb on the planet. In Hinduism, it is regarded as a sacred plant, native to the Indian subcontinent. Holy basil contains Vitamin C and anti-oxidants like eugenol, which protects the heart from the harmful effects of free radicals.

It also kills bacteria, thus, fighting acne; relieves headache and is a natural mouth freshener and a good source of Vitamin K.

An adrak wali chai hits different during monsoons and winters. Not only does ginger make tea flavourful but packed with so many health benefits. The same benefits and flavours of ginger are infused in our green tea. Some of which include helping digestion, fighting flu, reducing nausea and lowering blood sugar levels. Lemon is a rich source of anti-oxidants, promotes weight loss, supports brain health and may boost immunity when had with green tea.

Turmeric is, without a doubt, a powerhouse of health benefits. It has anti-septic, anti-inflammatory, anti-viral and anti-oxidant properties. It may also lower the risk of heart diseases and cancer.
