How to prepare Chamomile tea?

Ingredients

  • 1 heaping teaspoon loose-leaf chamomile tea
  • 250 ml fresh water
  • Optional additions: lemon, honey or mint

Instructions

  1. Add the loose-leaf tea to your favourite cup.
  2. Boil water and then let it sit for a couple of minutes and then pour into the cup.
  3. Chamomile tea is best prepared when steeped in hot water (not boiling water). Let it steep for 3 minutes.
  4. Strain the loose tea-leaves.
  5. Optional: Add extras like organic honey, lemon or mint. Now, sit back and relax with your fragrant cup of tea.
